On-site full-time project managers are a key part of the QE team. In addition to overseeing the project on a daily basis, they are responsible for the customer's needs, auditing quality, supplies and equipment. Inspections are done routinely to monitor the standard of quality.
QE's "Quick Explanation" is our customer communication program. This is a dedicated communication channel that allows you to know what is happening in real time. We provide an app for this and it allows you to see real-time photos and videos of your construction project.
